New Success Dashboard & Shopee Improvements

New Success Dashboard where you can analyse your Store's performance, both Online & Offline. Log in to My Fairmart to see it. Let's take a look at the new sections together:

Online Sales shows how many online orders (paid by card or PayNow) orders you generated in a given period of time:

Offline Leads shows engagement you've got from Fairmart at not direct sales channels, such as when Shoppers send you WhatsApps, emails or call you. When Shoppers click on your address on your Fairmart page, it's recorded as a 'Direction Request'.

Lastly, Shopee orders will now be included in 'Online Sales' at your Fairmart Dashboard, assuming you enabled Shopee Integration.

If not, you can start selling on Shopee today. Fairmart sync both products & orders, it's easy to manage both platforms in a single place. Go to Sale Channels, select Shopee and click Connect. Read Shopee Integration Guide for more info.
