POS Beta, In-Store Payments, Order export, Store Logo Watermarks

We've been busy building here at Fairmart and proud to share we've launched our POS Beta program, In-store payments, improved order income, order export, and product logo watermarks features! Here's a rundown of what's new:

POS Beta now available!

• We're excited to launch the beta version of our Point of Sale (POS) system. By using FM POS, you can seamlessly sync inventory with Shopee and Lazada, simplifying your multi-channel selling experience and ensuring accurate stock management.

In-store payments are live!

• Sign up today to take advantage of our best Merchant Discount Rate (MDR), as low as 1.9%. With Fairmart Payments, you will receive a standalone payment terminal and enjoy competitive rates while facilitating secure in-store transactions for your business.

Improved order income details:

• We've implemented improvements to show order income more accurately from Shopee and Lazada orders. Specifically:
  
  • Malaysia shipping fees now display the shipping fees paid by the buyer.
  • Singapore's Lazada and Shopee totals include additional details to improved order detail accuracy.

Order export in CSV

• Data is critical to any modern store - you can now analyze order details on a deeper level by exporting all your order data
• You can now easily export all orders directly from the order page.
• Simply click on the three dots menu to access this feature.

Product logo watermarks added

• All product images published to marketplaces will have store logo added in top right corner
• Intent of this is to build awareness of your store name and brand on Shopee and Lazada.
